Refund policy

We offer returns for either store credit, a refund in the original form of payment, or an exchange for a different size or colour. If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.rosesarered.gr, please email us at info@rosesarered.gr within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.

Items must be returned in new, excellent, unwashed & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. We cannot refund or accept returns on clothing that has been worn or used. 

Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Briefs and lingerie should be tried on over underwear.

Customers cannot return items that have been made to order or customised exclusively for them.

ROSES ARE RED reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.

We do not provide shipping labels for international or domestic returns or exchanges returning back to ROSES ARE RED. Customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. ROSES ARE RED is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages.
